Trying to get the most value for every dollar spent is #1 imo. Felt for a long time that our future success depends entirely on what we do with the money. Oddly enough, those making the decisions could be the weak link of PTSC. I'll reserve judgement on Mr. Pohl as we really don't know how he's performing yet. Same for Turley, but with even higher expectations on what expertize he may bring. Not for 36k a year though. (Yes Mr. Pohl, your BOD earns some money.) If deserving, you don't mind doling out the options as reward to Turley imo.
The rest of BOD hardly bring any value to retail shr. holders.
As I posted before, it looks like we have enlisted Semico in some way.
