ARM’s involvement does not expand this case in any fashion. ARM is simply the real party-in-interest for a subset of the products already accused by TPL. ARM intends to comply.... so looks like they could be paying out quite a bit ...we might not want to leave them in diere straites here but some else might seek to ....if they are left cash poor could they exposed to a take over ?
