Given that most government requirements (IRS, at least) for timely reporting allow for the filing on the next 'business day' when a due date falls on the weekend, it is possible that the filings will occur on Monday, the 16th, although I am not certain at all if the SEC follows this same convention as does IRS. Point being, don't be disappointed or panicked if nothing shows up on the 13th.
