NEC's Arm core chip..

that has been accused of infrimgement (one of the Arm cores that are listed amoung those infringing) is the ISSP90 family of ASICs. Now according to Pacer doc (as far as I can decern) & the poster on Yahoo Armhy board I've been in dialog with, only the '584 patent is accused of being infringed by Arm, not the '336 nor the '148.. tho I do not know if and have not seen TT&C's response yet to Arm's amended complaint.. I assume there will probably be one to confirm that Arm is only being accused of infringing the '584. Here is the spec sheet for the Nec chip with the Arm core: http://www.synplicity.com/literature/syndicated/pdf/v4_i4/simplify_90nm_v4_i4.pdf It states these devices are available with clock speeds up to 500 MHz.. my obvious question is why are these not being accused of infrinement of the '336 ?? Perhaps if/when TTC answers Arm? Anyone... I left Pohl a voice mail regarding this issue, when/if he gets back to me I will post whatever info he can or is able to share.
