If ARM settles first, perhaps there is no need for the J# to continue as the ARM settlement could include downline users of ARM products? Perhaps in everyone's best interest for ARM to reach an agreement? Or do subsequent users of ARM chips then use fetch and or clocking technology in the products they are building? obviously no clue
