"it seems to me that if the numbers were bad, they would announce them sooner than later" I've been thinking of this myself. I beleive one of the reasons the the 10k was delayed is because there are no revenues in the 4th quarter, 1st quarter should be great and they will come out about the same time. TPL doesn't want timely reporting.
