What D.Pohl and the Board decide to do with the cash we receive is the most crucial decision this company will face in the near future and yes the decisions made will drive the stock price one way or another. Pohl and the Board need to execute flawlessly and I'm sure they recognize this. They have shown ineptness in the past so I too hope they engage professional assistance from all possible angles in helping them make these important decisions. I just hope Pohl is genuinely looking out for the best interest of the shareholders as he has been claiming. Important decisions should be thought through carefully and thoroughly. Time will tell.
