I have not digested the 10-K, but I think the nearly $33,000,000 is our take, on the gross settlements of nearly $66,000,000. And if PTSC spent about 10% back on share buyback, and that figure turns out to be $3,500,000, that's about 10% of the net of the initial figure stated above.
