13. Subsequent Events During the period June 1, 2006 through October 3, 2006, Phoenix Digital entered into license agreements with third parties, pursuant to which it received aggregate proceeds totaling $32,699,000. Does this mean this is all the moneys from the five licensees for Q1 or does it mean this is what has been collected so far as of 10/3/06? All the best, Steve
