Hey, I'm with you in that I would really like to KNOW more via communications from the company. It frustrates me too! While they could tell us more per the regs (they are not limited by the regs, the regs just specify the minimum), they are limited by the NDAs associated with the licensing agreements. Think of it this way, if you were Olympus, would you really want the world to know how much you paid? And if you were PTSC, would you really want the world to know what you were willing to accept? That would have a direct influence on future negotiations. And if you disclosed the info when a NDA is in place, you are subject to litigation (and you will lose). In my experience, contract award data (essentially what we're talking about here) is very tightly held information, usually necessitating the equivalent of a SECRET clearance to see (proper level of authority, and a valid need to know). Such info is held under lock and key. Even years later, it is typically held in a secure vault. Thus, we just have to face reality.... These things I KNOW. SGE
