Do you think it is possible that as a result of the Intellasys/Sony deal, TPL waived receipt of their typical cut of licensing revenue from Sony? If so, that suggests that PTSC could receive essentially 100% of the total license fee from Sony. Pohl's comments in the 10K state the total aggregate received for the first four months, but not the cut. I know it may be wishful thinking, but this option would provide a sweet deal for Sony without penalizing PTSC. Best regards.
