From the new PTSC website there is a title JOINT VENTURES and it describes their ONE joint venture with TPL thus forming Alliances. While expections ran high and most were disappointed (and I think the week will continue in this somber mood), there will be some great surprises to help us realize the vision once again. The fact that they set up a brand new web site and have a chapter for joint ventures when there is only one joint venture, makes me hopeful they aren't stupid but being proactive for future joint ventures.
