Actually, I think you are indirectly correcting me! That old suit had to do with ownership of the tech, this latest one has to do with his support (or lack thereof) of PTSC's litigation against TPL. As I understand it, since we settled with TPL, his services went untapped. However, that prior legal attempt by the Fish FT may be a indicator that these folks will go for it regardless of the merit of the case. Thanks for straightening me out! SGE
