"If, BIG IF, PTSC would do a reverse stock split now, just to get on the Nasdaq, they would later have to get shareholders approval to obtain more shares, and or do forward splits, then they be back to sqaure one." Wouldn't the Authorized remain at 500million, with only the O/S reducing? Do they need shareholder approval for forward splits? Be well
