I can see your reasoning, but it is my belief (again JMO) that there will be no need for looking for another company if: 1) we don't win this case or 2) we don't get an amount somewhat near what we are due. If the defendants can cut their loses significantly that could be very damaging to us. I think we should be using all our resources at critical junctions, which in MHO this is.
