Paul, I still contend that nothing of significance is going to happen until the J3/ARM suit is resolved. If I were an infringer put on notice I would not be in a rush to do anything until I saw the results of the legal battle. I think we continue to get tossed about until the market can fairly value us based upon a court upheld patent. Then it will be "Katie, Bar the Door!"
