Guys, I hope both I and my contact are wrong, but as I stated yesterday (see link to post below), a partner at a large US law firm stated that responses to discovery are not filed via Pacer therefore we would most likely not have access to any information regarding prior art until trial, if it makes it that far. Now I am not an attorney, and I was driving and talking to him on my cell, so I couldn’t write down everything he said, and he said a lot, so I would look to Ron to maybe give us his advice regarding this process. Not trying to be a buzzkill, just don’t want all of us to think that we will have everything disclosed come mid December, and than be disappointed when it isn't.
