If I remember correctly from the Higgins debacle... TT&C stated that Moore had prior art on an old 'computer' or floppys, tho I do not remember any in any filed exhibits.. (I believe they remained sealed, if he did or didn't have them).. they none the less made mention of them in the written filings. I would expect the defense to make mention of prior art in the appropriate future filings if that is a defense they plan to pursue.
