PTSC and TPL are joint owners of MMP; Now if Inteillsys/Alliacense/TPL are creating new processors and if they are using MMP patents, does that not allow PTSC to be compensated for patent infringement? This might be a dumb question, but I have been thinking if TPL/Int/Allia. product are utilizing MMP patents wouldn't this be considered infringing, if PTSC is not in agreement? I am long, and have been adding for awhile now. I have no desire to disrupt this board, so hopefully this question will not cause problems. I do not post often, been in edig since 1999 and heard about PTSC back then from a TI employee. Took a small position of PTSC when it was around .10......just wish I would've bought alot more then.
