It could also be that the license fee could be reduced by 50% and the remainder is paid to the other 50% owner. IMO that would be a more fair way to do it. With total respect, what exactly are you questioning? That TPL does not have to share revs from Intellasys chips sold (MMP incorporating or not), such as those to Sony, or that if PTSC ever realizes revs from I/I that they don't have to share those revs with TPL? Because neither do. regards
