Looking at all this realisticly there has to be a lull in signings at some point. Was discovery due today? I think I read that it is. One side or the other is going to wait for any indication of Prior art. If there is none, our license fees should start to be much higher.I wouldn't expect any signings until this is resolved. Negoiations for licenses should get very interesting in the very near future. We may see a rash of signing but I would think at much higher prices now, if things went our way! Discovery is quite critical for us in the near term. We will definately be given the upper hand. The next several days should give some indication.(If dicovery was due today)
