While all of us are sick of the MM's actions concerning this stock, we are not powerless against them or the shorts. Simply contact the SEC with a FOI request and ask for the Failure to Deliver shares for this stock and the Broker/Dealers that have shorted and FTD the shares. In addition, contact the NY Attorney Generals Office and inform them of the activity that you suspect. Just like other cases they investigated and prosecuted, it appears that the same activity is occurring. To verify if this happened to the shares you purchased call your Broker/Dealer and ask if the shares you purchased were delivered in the three days required to settle. We should also pressure the Company to require the SEC look into the activity by the MM's concerning the shares. If enough of us inquire and keep the pressure on then maybe we can get a true share price for the stock we own. If we sit on our hands then we deserve what we get.
