Just a couple ponderings

If I were all the big chip manufacturers and
retailers, in particular the J5 and Intel and
AMD, and I knew that I was going to have to in-
fringe a patent, or god forbid, actually pay for
using it.And this patent was as far reaching as ours evidently is, I may consider starting an
intellectual property company, say one that had
no bricks and morter, and buy my infringing products from it. That way I would protect myself
from huge settlements by provdiing my customers
( which is really myself or my capital)by issuing
idemnity clauses in my contracts.Since the value
of the front company is only about 2 billion $
that would be the most I could loose plus any
nuisance licenses I may accumulate.
I know they are that devious, I don't know if they were that smart.
