Here in California when one plays the lottery they ask, " yearly payments or cash ?" I always choose the cash. Who knows when the state may go belly up in the next 20 years? I would rather have the cash up front and do as you say, put it into other investments that make me more and are more diversified. I like the plan for PTSC getting the cash. But I have to hope that they use it properly to the shareholders benefit, not fat cat salaries etc. At the shareholders meeting it was stressed that payments present many obstacles and what ifs. Mr. Phol has stressed his "umbrella" concept in the past and I hope that he is continuing on that path. Happy Halloween to all and remember this is the last day of the month.
