This is interesting... there isn't enough information here to tell us if in fact they have prior art unfortunately. I note, as does ease2002, that the clock speed of the ARM3 was 25MHz. I don't think they were using any of our IP at this point in time, but I'm not a techie so anything I say is from a lay person's perspective. Best of luck to all.
