Underdelivering? I think they had a stellar year and investors have to realize that. Should they make similar strides this next 12 months, well, enough said. The courts take time and many investors don't have the patience or the stomach (risk-reward) for that, hence the pps fluctuations. Their only mistake, imo, was the dividend give away. It would be nice if they were sitting on an extra $25 million right now. But that's water under the bridge and money in investor's pockets. One or more important court decisions or new deal announcements and the pps should reflect the reaffirmation of the growth under way. jmho
