But really, don't Swartz and Lincoln count as shareholders? Large shareholders? Influential shareholders? How many shares do they hold? If they dumped 1/2 million a day, how long would it take for them to close their positions? They would try to hold it at said price till dry, then lower it a penny or two for the next attempt. Each day unloading what they could. Is that so inconceivable? But they wouldn't be doing that if they knew what they own, would they? And since PTSC caters to them as their largest shareholders, they would know above all else what they own. So if they were not the ones selling each day, who would be selling. And so many of you criticize Ax for voicing his opinions and concerns. Instead of selling and moving on, he wants Pohl to continue work on the foundation so we CAN be in position to go to the moon. Even without S&L. Maybe better to have S&L influence less.
