your assumption about brian is correct and i have thought the same thing. i do not understand the concept of a shareholder rep that has no visible contact with the shareholder. but brian is an honorable man and i strongly believe that if this were a "scam" he would be the first to notify us.
i can see by the sentiment of most posts, is that we all recognize that our price decline is probably due to managements lack of performance. PTSC really needs new blood and should replace the BOD. PTSC is not the same company it was prior to TPL. I will give Pohl and Turley a pass for now, but the other members of the board have not had a stellar past performance and to date the few decisions they have made have done little to instill investor confidence. this is just my opinion....the old BOD is not a technical bunch and have been there since Woody launched PTSC. Woody is gone, a number of CEO's have come and gone, and our direction has changed from a company trying to market GPR's, mine detectors, java chips, and CyberShark modems to one that is now a unique IP company with a potentially very lucrative set of patents. We need a BOD that has vision...not a BOD that would allow complete control of their only revenue stream over to a private company. This strategy of allowing TPL to manage the MMP is, IMO, a good one. They are attorneys and can handle the litigation aspect of the IP. But our BOD did not have the vision to foresee or have substantial visibility of the potential revenues generated by TPL because they distributed the treasury in the form of a dividend. the brilliant bunch even did this twice. given what the yearly financials revealed, they should be held accountable for these decisions. We need new blood. The BOD elected to grant themselves in the money options and my favorite was granting options to part-time Sweeney for his terrific work in handling the financial books for us. Our current BOD is just a placeholder for the real owners of this company....Schwartz and Lincoln. Replace the BOD with industry talent and I think the market would view PTSC as a new and improved forward moving investment vehicle. Their needs to be a change.
hang in there all.
