Good News-apparently the days of giving discounts to those that

purchase a license is over!!!

Bad News- PPS

We all know the showdown is in Texas. There are those waiting on the

sidelines to see what happens. The first indication will be the defendants

ability to show Pror Art. It may not be a great legal impetus at this time

but it will affect momenteum in liciensing deals.It will be significant. It

will happen.
