It could be S/L, but unless they also had a short position they would be cutting their own throat. With S/L being the main target of peoples ire, many forget that their are plenty of others holding large amounts of shares and warrants as well.

Don't forget the offering of some 20mil shares with many of them unregistered. It could just be that AMD, Hawkins and /or many,many others are taking some money off the table for a host of personal reasons nothing to do with future of ptsc. Some have waited very long time for a payday. We knew that would add to dilution and it should be no big surprise. Combine that with lack of news and you find us near year low. Imo, and as Fut has accurately pointed out twice now, it presents just another op. for us to get shares that can provide large gains.

There are things that I'm not happy about regarding managment and a host of things that I just can't be sure of, but the one thing I do know is that investors are not entitled to gains and management is not going to pull the trigger on your buys/sells. So imo, many here should shoulder the blame for your own mismanagement. Sorry to ramble.joe
