OK maybe I`ve got a little Malox buzz and you could be right.

2 questions

What does ``Not for Citation`` mean at the top of the order. Does that mean that it cannot be quoted by the likes of us?

What form number are the ``arguments for the omnibus motion`` I`ll go check it out

Oh and I agree with you re T & T. But that`s why they make the big bucks.
