About the Fish Case.-We won the court case (against Fish) that determined that we were the owners of the patents several years ago. When PTSC was trying to show that we were sole owners of the patents they evidently asked Fish to testify in court--this was a fight against C. Moore and TPL. It never went to court--TPL and PTSC joined hands--Fish never did testify. Jeff Wallin was prepared to give him a huge amout of money ( I know that I have posted the agreement on the thread before) should we win and be claimed sole owners of the patents. How could we owe him anything for something that never took place? I don't think we do. This is one thing I am not very concerned about. GL, ads
