I sincerely believe that Pohl sandwiched the Dutton report and(at his suggestion), Biajj's everything is ok post around the Agilent signing ....expecting amuch more positive shareholder and market reaction. Particularly, The Biajj post was an attempt to appease shareholder uneasiness with the only ammo he could muster. I think the reaction or lack thereof has him as miffed as us. That is not to say we should excuse management for the lack of follow through and Ads....I agree 100% that we are owed an update on many issues which would only validate Pohl's own promise of better shareholder communication. This attitude of...all the news that shareholders need can be found in SEC filings is as much responsible for share price decline as the lack of anticipated signings. Pohl and the bod cannot control the share price, especially in the otcbb, but it is their duty and responsibility to do everything in their power to maintain shareholder confidance and that includes more transparency. Today, I sold 10% of my shares to invest in another company, where management is buying shares on the open market and is following thru on a stategic growth plan. I believe long term that my money might have been better invested if I left it in PTSC...however I needed some action so Imade a move. Others are becoming disenchanted in the short term as well and will probably do the same. Thus the price erodes. Pohl and the bod, we need a pragess report!
