for patent infringement, i.e. the RIMM/NTP case.

Patience is a virtue. We know games will be played on low volume. Everyone with money will be on long vacations soon.

The stock is such a good buy now, it is like getting a lotto ticket when you already know the winning numbers - a pretty good risk we believe.
