ptsc4me,

You know how you get wall streets respect? By rolling some unproductive heads that have been with the company for years producing 0 results. By getting rid of Gloria Felecian and Helmet Faulk and replacing their board seats with aggressive savvy business folks who can make real business decisions. That's 4 open board seats that should be filled ASAP with qualified people that will challenge S&L. Why should we let S&L run this company any longer? We know they have been calling the shots. If we were pursuing a JV to enhance Ignite or an acquisition why was it so important that we pay out dividends so quickly? They didn't even sit for 1 month to contemplate what effect this decision would have. Wall Street doesn't give us respect because S&L make these type of bonehead decisions. Would you respect that decision? To give away $26M in dividends when you need the money to grow your business? What kind of message are you sending? Any idiot knows that only mature companies which generate hoards of cash pay dividends and not cash strapped companies who have just begun to see the light of day. If Wall Streets respect is what we want S&L must be challenged in the board by new blood. Its the only way we are going to get respect. I can almost guarantee that our share price would double overnight if we tossed out the dead wood and replaced them with competence. Lots of smart folks on Wall Street who cant be easily fooled by S&L smoke screens. Respect must be earned and quite frankly they have yet to earn it from me, a retail investor.
