You misinterpreted. Under the Equity Method of accounting for Phoenix Digital Solutions (PDS), the income statement of ptsc does not show any expenses of PDS separately. PTSC's share of the net income/expense of PDS is shown "below the line" in Other Income and Expense as Equity in Non-Consolidated Investment or some such similar title.
