from what has been transpiring for the last few months with the shareprice, it seems contradicting that PTSC would pay for promotion of their company but at the same time it would also appear somehow the shareprice has been controlled to some degree by some force.

If PTSC knew that the current situation in regards to depressed (volatile) shareprice was going to occur why pay additional money for the promotion of the company? Am I way off base here ?
