Does it all make sense now?...I mean what I was trying to say earlier about S&L having to file whenever their position changes. The funny thing is after that 13G was filed S&L's position increased from 30M to 36M. So who the hell is converting and increasing the OS? And how is S&L increasing their position without filing with the SEC being that they own >5% of the OS? It just doesn't add up.
