As long as you're in the thinking mode, here's something I've been wondering about - adter the Markman hearing, what kind of info will be available, and more importantly, do you think us laymen will be able to interpret it to the extent of determining "who won". In other words, do you think we may be in a position of both sides declaring victory and it being a matter of interpretation in determining who is right?
