I called PTSC about this.. since i have the same problem. Neither the Hawk or PTSC site is sending me alerts. In the past i have received them from Hawk.

The lady at PTSC said someone else called about the problem today..and took down my info.. hopefully tomorrow they'll let me know whats up.
