what are you frustrated about with PTSC? the pps or what the company has accomplished?

what action have they done to prove what they are doing? = very simple.. our progress in the case in court... & over 14 signings. PTSC has some nice cash to work with...

how do you know they have not aggressively purchased their shares back? PTSC has always bought 10% of the proceeds of its signings in the past..see no reason why they arent doing the same..

This is company is fresh from alot of these signings... im sure they are evaluating dozens of JVs or future investments to branch out to....but at the end of day.. their focus should be on getting more signings and the case. There is time or will be time to pick the right JV..to make the right long-term investment...

I am long on this...if the pps is .76 or .90 ....a day, a week or even a month away...im not selling...im very happy with the shares i have and the position i continue to build for myself every month.

We also dont know how much these recent signings were for... are they higher? the same amount?......Because these signings are all before the case is ruled...we just have to go with the flow... if PTSC didnt want to raise the cost of signing the patent..they would just release the amounts... keeping it secret means they are starting to rise it..or at lease pressure other companies to believe thats the case..

We are also in this with TLP..so maybe there are some better ways of doing things... but im impressed with the amount of signings...despite the fact that we have not even won our case. That 14 + companies decided that they rather pay $$$ now...then delay and perhaps prove their case against PTSC/TLP.

Patience is the key... perhaps your frustrated b/c you bought in at 1.00+ ... but what is different today..than the day you decided to buy into PTSC? anything? except maybe more signing..more shares off the market.. another day closer to the case being ruled on...another day closer to a JV... another signing....

Our day will come.....
