I think the volume is low because

1. End of the year...lower activity..lower volume

2. Some Investors want to wait to after a ruling in court

3. Investors cant see how much $$$ is coming in with the new deals.. no way to really gauge if the deals are getting bettor.......with no regular biz.. its hard to say

This company is still growing..and excited to be a part of it...

As far as the BOD---- look they got a cash cow going.....lots of revenue with alittle expense.....keep it going.. i love it...
