SGE, thank you. I think you are thinking in a similar way to the way I think. David is just making a reasonable suggestion. There are many ways to skin this cat. Perhaps 50% share buyback and 50% cash on hand - the market really needs to know we have lots of cash on hand - besides it can gain interest and grow. Perhaps another variation of this plan - still, we are discussing the right direction.
The share buyback you mentioned is in the right direction IMHO. That is why we need to all get together, discuss our options and vote accordingly. This will take months to sort out, so we are all on the same page and then when we vote at the next opportunity, we can and will make a difference.
I sure hope the BOD is taking advantage of this super low share price and accumulating millions of shares on a regular basis. If not, they are are being reckless, IMHO.
I suggest that there be no talk of acquisitions at this time and certainly none without shareholder pre-approval!
