I don't think you've seen me criticize DP, at least recently. As a matter of fact I support his option award and, if it came to it, would vote my shares in support . But don't ask me to support the S & L deal. IMHO it was a bad deal and has delayed our chances of getting listed on the NASDAQ. My point is that they should lose their clout on the board and we should use that space to strengthen our board and our future.
