very good post :-)

I am also sure that our BOD is working on some topics which take time and require our patient. I have no problem with this szenario. I agree in S/L. If they act like many assume here, there is nothing what we can do agianst.

Like Ron posted, the current share price is driven by other factors. Our BOD should not forget the day to day business and should sustain our share price in accomplishing thier own made statements.

Hopefully our BOD brings out our Q2-Sec-filing in time and don't request another delay. They have to order credit!
