A further thought on OS. I assume once a warrant is converted the OS increases. Would not the increasing OS make sense then if warrants were either being converted and held or if purchased by PTSC. In the latter case, even though in PTSC Treasury, the OS increases as the shares have not been retired. It would not effect fully diluted which was 420,646,769 on Aug 31, 2006. Is my understanding sound?
