I think you're right, and I wouldn't be surprised if Ron spoke up today to reinforce your comments. 

After rereading Ron's post, it is apparent that the post was only a catalyst for paul's response, and that his bitterness toward Ron has festered over time. 

As for me, I'm thankful for Ron's Christian testimony.  I'm also thankful for this board where an occasional reference to Christ can be made without incessant bashing.  Try mentioning Christ on RB and will hear the gnashing of teeth -- even with your PC muted.
