I know every year around this time someone asks this question. Of course I have forgotten the answer and would appreciate insight. I sold some PTSC on Weds but the sale will not be confirmed until Tues or Weds Jan 2 or 3. Can I declare the stock loss towards 2006 or must it go toward 2007? I think I have enough stock losses as it is but would like to know. Thanks, Lubener
