The earlier mention of an acquisition/j.v. etc is now becoming more of a reality; and if it requires approval at a shareholder meeting that could explain why that meeting has seemingly been delayed, with no such date yet announced. Perhaps the ducks are being put in order right now. Obviously just speculation on my part.
