This would seem to make our case with the J4 even more important. Once our patents are ruled valid in a court of law it would appear that a licensee would then not have the ability to challenge them, which they do now even while paying us. It is unclear whether this relates to "royalty payments" as opposed to "one time payments", or whether it doesn't make any difference.
